MS Vertical/Standard

Specification:

The Vertical/Standard have fixed cups at intervals of half a meter. These vertical tubes are designed with rotating cups on the top that are capable of securely holding up to four components.

The verticals are available with or without spigots, which adds to the versatility of the system. Those without spigots are lighter than those with spigots. Standards are made of 40 mm NB tubes with 3mm thickness and can be utilized for support or access purposes.

Verticals come in different sizes, the availability of different sizes provides flexibility and allows for customization of the scaffolding system to meet specific project requirements.

MS Horizontal/Ledger

Specification:

Cuplock ledgers are manufactured from 40 mm NB (nominal bore) tubes with a thickness of 3 mm, ensuring exceptional strength and long-lasting durability with virtually no maintenance required. Each ledger is fitted with forged blade ends that facilitate rapid and secure assembly by locking firmly into the lower cup of the vertical Cuplock standards.

Once assembled, ledgers form a stable horizontal connection, contributing significantly to the structural rigidity of the scaffolding system. In addition to serving as horizontal members, standard ledgers can also double as guard rails in staircase towers, enhancing safety without additional components.

Adjustable Base Jack

Specification:

A Base Jack is a component used at the bottom of a scaffold to provide Leveling support on uneven ground and a stable base for vertical standards.

It is used to keep the cuplock scaffolding system stable by adjusting the height of the screw rod. The screw rod is typically threaded and fitted with a nut that can be used to adjust its height, allowing the base to be leveled on uneven ground.

Walkways/Plank

Specification:

The scaffold Plank fits cuplock ledgers, offering a stable heavy-duty platform. Welded corner hooks ensure secure, easy attachment to the scaffolding system.

It is fixed onto the cuplock scaffolding ledger and is designed to withstand heavy loads. The scaffold plank is equipped with welded hooks on every corner, which allow for easy attachment to the cuplock scaffolding system. Additionally, perforated plates are used to improve its anti-slip performance, providing a safe and secure surface for workers to walk on.

Spigot Pin/Joint Pin

Specification:

Spigot pin (or joint pin) are essential components in scaffolding, used to securely connect two vertical tubes. By creating a strong, rigid joint, they help the scaffold withstand both lateral and vertical loads. Made of durable steel, joint pins provide the necessary strength and stability.

They also allow for height adjustments by joining vertical sections, making it easier to adapt the scaffold to various structures. Proper use of joint pins and adherence to safety guidelines are crucial to prevent accidents and ensure safe scaffolding construction.
