Cuplock Accessories
- Standards (Verticals): These are the vertical tubes that make up the main support structure of the scaffold. The cups on the standards serve as connection points for horizontal components.
- Ledgers (Horizontals): These are the horizontal tubes that connect to the cups on the vertical standards, forming the framework of the scaffold. They provide lateral support and stability.
- Diagonal Braces: Used to provide additional lateral stability to the scaffold structure by connecting standards at different levels diagonally.
- Adjustable Base Jacks: Similar to those used in other scaffolding systems, adjustable base jacks are used at the base of the Cuplock scaffold to provide height adjustment and leveling on uneven surfaces.
- Intermediate Transoms: These are horizontal components used to provide additional support between ledgers. They help distribute the load evenly and increase the load-bearing capacity of the scaffold.
- Return Transoms: Used to change the direction of the scaffold, these components connect at right angles to ledgers and provide a platform for workers to move around corners.
- Top and Bottom Cups: These are the components that connect standards and ledgers. The top cups secure the ledger at the top of the standard, while the bottom cups secure the ledger at the bottom of the standard.
- Cuplock Beams: These are special horizontal components that are often used for spanning large gaps or creating longer platforms. They are designed to provide greater load-bearing capacity.
- Hop-Up Brackets: These brackets are used to create a working platform or hop-up level between ledgers at various heights.
- Board Retaining Couplers: Used to secure scaffold boards to the ledgers, providing a safe and stable platform for workers.
