Cuplock horizontals, including ledgers and transoms, are also constructed using 40 mm NB tubes, with 3mm thickness making them incredibly sturdy and requiring zero maintenance. The horizontals are equipped with forged blade ends that allow for easy and quick assembly. When assembled, the blade ends of the horizontals fit securely into the cup of the vertical tube, resulting in a robust and durable assembly. The standard horizontal tubes can also function as guard-railings in a staircase tower. Ledgers are available in standard sizes, including 550mm, 850mm, 950mm, 1150mm, 1450mm, 1950mm, 1750mm and 2450mm, but they can be customized to meet specific project requirements.
